Common name: Featherfin Furcifer
Scientific name: Cyathopharynx Kabogo
Average Adult Fish Size: 6 inches / 15 cm
Place of Origin: Lake Tanganyika. Because of confusion between this and the Cyathopharynx Foae, it is not certain whether this fish is found in the northern part of the lake however it is commonly found in the Zambian part as well as the south eastern shore of Tanzania.
Typical Tank setup: Minimal rock work, plenty of open swimming space and sandy substrate
Recommended Minimum Aquarium Capacity: 100 gallon / 400 litre
Compatibility: Even though this featherfin is boisterous, it should not be kept with other high-energy or aggressive fishes, otherwise males will lose their colour and stop breeding. This fish needs to be the king of the tank in order to thrive. Tank mates should be no larger than 3-inches.

Additional Information: Beautiful fish and should be kept with peaceful Tanganyika cichlids in order to thrive and show full colouration.
